Every piece in this shop is hand-sourced, one-of-a-kind, and chosen with intention.

Because of this, I want you to feel amazing in what you wear — and I also need a policy that keeps the shop sustainable.

Here’s how returns work:

If the fit isn’t right, you can return for store credit

I get it.
Second-hand pieces don’t have multiple sizes or backups — and fit matters.

If your item doesn’t work for you:

Email info@inthenameofclothes.com within 7 days of delivery
Ship the item back in its original condition (unworn, unwashed)
You cover return shipping
Once the item arrives and is inspected, I’ll issue your store credit within 2–3 business days

Store credit never expires and can be used on any future find.

Return requests submitted through third-party platforms or automated systems are not processed.

Why store credit?

Because pieces are one-of-a-kind, I can’t restock or exchange them the way traditional retail shops can.

Store credit allows me to keep the shop sustainable while still giving you flexibility.

It’s the standard in curated second-hand boutiques — and it keeps everything fair for both of us.

Final sale items

Items marked final sale, accessories, and discounted pieces cannot be returned.

Fit help (before you buy)

If you’re unsure about fit, fabric, stretch, or how an item sits on the body, I’m always happy to help before you buy.
