Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 48-72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Domestic Shipping:
We currently offer shipping within the U.S. . Delivery typically takes 5-6 business days after your order has been processed.

International Shipping:
We also offer international shipping to Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden. 

Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions:
At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. Please contact us if you have any questions about your shipping address.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
In the Name of Clothes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. We will assist you to the best of our ability.

Returns and Exchanges:
All sales are final. Due to the nature of second-hand designer items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure that you review all product details and measurements carefully before making your purchase.
